Information we collect
When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), we may collect the company and contact details you provide, including company name, contact name, business email, phone number, buyer role, product requirements, quantity, destination, specifications, proposed trade terms, delivery schedule, and related commercial information.
How we use the information
FOG Global Trading LLC uses RFQ information to review the commercial requirement, assess whether a transaction can be structured, communicate with the submitting party, prepare or discuss commercial terms, maintain an inquiry record, prevent abuse, and improve the effectiveness of our buyer-acquisition channels.
Website and attribution data
The RFQ system may record the landing page, referral source, UTM campaign parameters, browser user-agent, and a one-way hashed representation of the submitting connection's IP address. The raw IP address is not intentionally stored in the RFQ database by this application.
Sharing
Commercial inquiry information may be shared with personnel or service providers who need it to operate the website, communicate with buyers, evaluate sourcing or logistics feasibility, or support a potential transaction. We do not publish buyer RFQ information on the public website.
Retention
Inquiry records may be retained for business, compliance, fraud-prevention, transaction-history, and follow-up purposes. Retention periods can vary depending on whether an inquiry develops into a commercial relationship or contract.
Security
The production RFQ system is designed to submit data over HTTPS and restrict administrative access. No internet system is risk-free, so confidential banking credentials, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information should not be entered into the RFQ form.
Your choices
You may contact the commercial desk to ask about information associated with a submitted inquiry or to request an appropriate correction. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.
